2. Real estate appraisal records.
These records carry the valuation of a particular land or property. In here, there is an opinion on the most just value of the mentioned, real property. With this, you can check all the properties, which lies on your neighborhood or state. This is very useful, if you are planning to purchase some land or properties.
3. Sex offender registration files.
Now, you can pin point and try to evade those sex offenders, who are living in your state. These files are complete lists of those sex offenders. It usually, goes together with the offender’s name, age, gender, and the crimes that he had done. In one way, these registration files are important for the security and well-being of your family, and of yourself.

Go to www.tug2.net and www.redweek.com for places to advertise your week for sale or to see if there is a similar week listed

Contact your resort for ideas of how others sell their week. Put your ad on a bulletin board or in a newsletter at your home resort.
If you consider trying to sell your week on e-Bay you must know that there are so many weeks listed for almost nothing that it will probably cause the value of your week to be dragged down. Set a reserve as low as you are willing to sell for; if you have no reserve you may find you have sold the week for $1!
If the resort is actively marketing and bringing in prospective buyers consider listing the week for sale in newspapers where the tours are generated from. For example, if you have a ski week for sale in western Massasschusets advertise in Boston, Hartford and Albany papers. Consider listing in the local newspaper where the resort is located.
