Trying to find out who owns a house all i have is an address?
This website will get you to the county records for any county assessor that is online
www.netronline.com. Click on “public records online” then click on the state you're in when the map comes up. Then choose the county you want. IF the county records are online (most big metro areas are and some smaller counties are starting to get with the times) then the last screen will have a link that says “go to records online” next to the county assessor. Go to the assessor's website and then look it up. The person that said whitepages is being helpful too, but that doesn't tell you who's name is on the deed, it just tells you the person that last had their phone bill mailed to that address- Not always the same person
